Meet Chef “Mayank Diwakar”

CYK Hospitalities got a wonderful opportunity to talk with Chef Mayank, it was great meeting him and he told us how Kitchenrama is working in the pandemic to survive.
He told us that to survive this pandemic we have to take care of our existing clients and provide them all the assistance the company can give. Delivery service is still available, so they are maximizing its utilization to make for the revenue. Revenue has dropped down to 20 percent which is tough, but they are formulating strategies to tackle the situation.
The company is exploring various verticals in the hospitality industry, trying every possible way to exercise the best course of action. Chef told us that they are helping their clients with basic demos and trials at their location. They assisting in basic training to the clients or home chef with easy sustainable ideas to kickstart a business. They are also working with luxury residentials to notch up the revenue as the industry is not doing very well. He told us that they also provide specific technical training or product development on a chargeable basis. Kitchenrama is providing service orientation to remote locations as well.
He enticed us with the concept of “automation cooking”, wherein an individual uses a single piece of equipment (like an oven) & one utensil (like a ceramic pot), preparing a dish in one go and serve in the same.
He told us the company is working in Pan India, providing the best possible services and solutions. We wish him good luck in all his future endeavors.
