Ltd., Gurugram, overseeing diverse brand kitchens, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and quality across all outlets. His role goes far beyond kitchen oversight—he develops standardised recipes, SOPs, seasonal menus, and training modules that form the backbone of scalable, high-performance culinary systems. Known for blending global flavours with regional influences, designing dishes that resonate with contemporary diners while honouring traditional roots.
His contributions have shaped multiple restaurant concepts, where he led the rollout of brand-defining menus, kitchen audits, hygiene systems, and cost-control strategies. At CYK, he is also deeply involved in vendor negotiations, kitchen team development, and signature dish creation for brand promotions and events.
Before joining CYK, Chef Munna served as Executive Chef at My Bar Headquarters, Agra, and Hotel Pancham Continental, Bareilly, where he managed high-volume kitchens and banquets serving over 3000 guests.
