Located within a commercial belt of Agra, My Bar Headquarters is emblematic of the steady, ephemeral shift occurring in Tier-2 cities towards a more relaxed format of bars focused on experiences. Using an ever-increasing demand for social portals that mix informal ambience with operational consistency, this outlet has become a herculean challenge for any such primary-stage concept. CYK Hospitalities was vested with conceptualizing and designing the outlet behind its primary stage operations. The consultancy, however, stayed away from anything dealing with visual branding while defining at least the service model, designing kitchen and bar layouts, and operational systems that could handle high footfall. From their past engagements in NCR and Tier-2 cities, the CYK team concentrated on instilling meticulous workflows, compliant backend systems, and a scalable service model.
